Heres a bit of information on Lead times, and what happens during processing

Sometimes we can get orders out the door within a day... sometimes it takes longer.

INITIAL ORDER

Once we receive your order, we Create a work Order and send it off to our in-house engineers to do a quick drawing check. This tends to take 1 day depending on the work load.

Our team will quickly make sure all drawings are safe for laser cutting, with no open contours, double lines, etc. if any problems arise, our team will reach out to you VIA email.

LASER CUTTING

Once we confirm all drawings are good, we add the order to the laser que. Since were a small operation, all of our orders are organized manually VIA material and quantity through our ERP system.

Typical lead times range anywhere from 2-3 days, but can sometimes take as long as 10-14 Days depending on material stock and size of order.

If you need Rush service, feel free to reach out, and we will do our best to accommodate.

FINISHING/DEBURRING

After laser cutting, orders can go through Deburring or finishing. This typically does not add much time, usually a day at most. But if your parts require special finishing, that can lengthen the time by 4-5 days
